Vendor-protocol creation will be done automatically by the BE when one is selected in the Experiment form, instead of created by user via Define - Protocol

UI updates
kup.core licensing request has been submitted to PFR help desk. Hopefully will be approved and done in 1-2 weeks. @Gaurav Chandani (Deactivated)
Not much happening for FE development due to the PFR internal product release and site-wide workshop. Development will resume this sprint.
