Objective

Preview sample file

Download sample file

Requirements:

  1. All datasets should be viable 

  2. Dataset should be included in the project file IFF it has 2 parents 

  3. On the get data page, I need to be able to preview the sample metadata file (sample.file) associated with the dataset.

  4. Change button 'PREVIEW DATA' to 'PREVIEW GENOTYPING DATA'

  5. Add button ' PREVIEW METADATA'. Enable ability to preview the sample.file

  6. Add button 'DOWNLOAD METADATA'. Enable the ability to download the sample.file and add a tooltip

  7. Include sample metadata in flapjack project file to allow users to see key additional information on samples in the flapjack application 

  8. Enable users to modify genotypes of the consensus calls within the application
