Extractor: Extract Multiple Dataset Types

Objective

As a GDM user I want to extract multiple dataset types 

Requirements:

Extract Multiple Dataset Types  

1. User logs into Extractor  

2. User selects By Samples tab  

   1. Filter for Principal Investigator, Project, Platform remains the same 

   2. For filter Dataset Type 

      1. user sees a dropdown with available dataset types as well as the option to select ALL 

      2. Only one selection can be made 

      3. When All is selected,  

         1. Extraction Criteria section indicates 'All' for Dataset Type 

         2. Extraction results should be contained in one file – Dataset.hmp.txt or Dataset.genotype 

         3. sample.file should contain a new column for dataset_type 

3. User selects By Markers tab  

   1. Filter for Platform remains the same 

   2. For filter Dataset Type 

      1. user sees a dropdown with available dataset types as well as the option to select ALL 

      2. Only one selection can be made 

      3. When All is selected,  

         1. Extraction Criteria section indicates 'All' for Dataset Type 

         2. Extraction results should be contained in one file – Dataset.hmp.txt or Dataset.genotype 

         3. marker.file should contain a new column for dataset_type
