Objective
BrAPP to view genotyping data in a Flapjack-like format
An app to consume web services to visualize genotype calls in GDM
• Genotyping matrix view – scrollable
• View multiple chromosomes (currently can only do a single one)
• Zoom in and out
• View marker and sample info with mouse hover-over (tool tips)
• Limited options for coloring alleles eg compared to a single line selection
