He is in charge of genotyping optimization for the sweetpotato project, and has been instrumental in generating most of the datasets Marcelo and Dorcus use Oscar Riera-Lizarazu - has joined the faculty at TAMU as the eventual successor to Dave Byrne for the rose breeding program at TAMU ´Katherine Maria Mejia Guerra; Dongyan Zhao, Breeding Insight (sweet potato, alfala, blueberry) |
New organization structure EiB Module 5 – Data management adoption | Liz | ´Plan was to have a new data management and a new biometry position ´Now only a new biometry position – will be a separate module (module 6?) Liz will take over data management lead (and bioinformatics), with Kelly Robbins - activities: ´Cross project /collaboration activities EiB M5 ´Data management deployment project plan ´Define and monitor adoption metrics ´Coordinate training – data management, bioinformatics, with biometry, new instrumentation |
