GOBii / GDM transition

@Evan Rees

• GOBii is hoping to release GDM standalone v3.0 by the end of Dec.

• Ownership of GDM standalone has been transferred to Plant and Food Research (PFR) in NZ.

• GOBii will not contribute to further development of GDM Standalone

• GOBii remains committed to this benchmarking study - @Evan Rees and @Dave Matthews will continue to contribute as before

Gigwa updates

@Pierre Larmande

• @guilhem.sempere is rerunning Gigwa benchmarks with changes to Tomcat configuration that impact performance

• Gigwa will support non-contiguous marker lists in near future (January) and will incorporate those benchmarks into the paper

Sparse datasets

• Would like to include a sparse dataset (high missingness) in the paper.

• One of the Maize GBS or Wheat Intertek datasets could be sparse if possible

• January meeting time conflicts with PAG so is cancelled
