  • Kevin: Have a separate sprint standup meeting that is a proper sprint standup (option to be a Slack channel just answering these questions: what did you do yesterday, what do you plan on doing today, and what are your blockers) - maybe do this when we’re back in the office

  • Josh: Have something ready for presentation (sprint meeting)

  • Roy: Prioritize EBS tasks now

  • Kevin: Over-committing tasks to the sprint / underestimating effort

  • Josh: Stop giving estimates that are averages as they tend to become deadlines

  • Roy: Configuration on shell scripts
