  • Josh: do preventative maintenance

  • Kevin: migration to the new teams (meetings, methodologies, tools)

  • Josh: stop with the multi-component hot fixing (which are essentially minor releases)

  • Josh/Vincent: maintain the show-and-tell process (aka sprint review and demonstration)
