  • LoaderUI Job Validation

    • Marker Wizard Mapping Validation
      • Mapping Marker table: Required Fields must have values: marker_name
      • A Platform must be selected
      • in order to map Marker_prop Table, Marker table must be mapped
      • Mapping Linkage_Group table: Required Fields must have values: Linkage_Group_name
      • A Mapset must be selected
      • Mapping Marker_Linkage_Group table: Required Fields must have values: Linkage_Group_name, Marker_Name
      • If Marker table is mapped, then Marker "name" must be equal to Marker_Linkage_Group "marker_name"
      • If Linkage_Group is mapped, then Linkage_Group "name" must be equal to Marker_Linkage_Group "linkage_group_name"
    • DNA Sample Wizard Mapping Validation
      • Mapping Germplasm Table: Required Fields must have values: germplasm_name, germplasm_external_code
      • in order to map Gerplasm_prop Table, Germplasm table must be mapped

  • Integrate DART QC With GOBII

    • KDCompute, dockerized version, deployed & integrated along with the given GOBII environment.
    • When the site does not support QC Analysis, the qc checkbox is disabled.
    • Web service support for the Loader UI to determine whether or not a particular site supports QC integration.
    • When an error occurs during QC processing, the internal error report should be attached to the email so that it can be forwarded to support.
    • Total run time of QC job is reported in summary email.
    • QC analysis output files will be stored in a separate QC folder.

Bug Fixes

  • Error with Flapjack export by marker (from large dataset) - missing data and incorrect data
  • Extract of IUPAC data in flapjack orientation causes weird duplication
  • Cannot load a dataSet with markers at the top and dnarun_names on the left Fixed issue with data loads specifying marker as 'top' in Dataset wizard due to file transposition code not completing before next step began.
  • Marker Group file w/o platforms crashes LoaderUI
