Extractor Instruction Files

Compared to the Loader Instruction File, the Extractor Instruction file is relatively simple, as the current functionality specifies a series of data sets to be extracted.

Like the Loader Instruction File, the Extractor has parameters specific to the entire extraction, and a series of data set requests.

In the main file:

ContactId is the internal reference to the contact that requested this extract.

Contact Email is the email address to notify when this extraction request is complete.

GobiiCropType is the crop type against which this request is being made.

Each Data Set also specifies:

GOBii File Type - the type of file to be export (Flapjack, Hapmap, Metadata)

Data Set Name - The human readable name of the data set

Data Set ID - The ID of the data set, used for looking up the data set.

Extract Destination Directory - The folder to save the data set extract files to.
