All invited participants are expected to attend all meetings |
Each participant will give an update on tasks and so should come prepared |
Participants should notify meeting organizer of any absence at least 2 day in advance, unless in emergency situations. It is the responsibility of each participant to notify meeting organizer of institution and national holidays |
In case of an absence, participants should send task updates to meeting organizer |
Participants are required to update their JIRA tasks, and bug tickets appropriately |
