Migrate Flapjack Bytes repo into bitbucket

Clone the latest flapjack-bytes-loader (and maybe flapjack-bytes) and migrate to bitbucket. Ideally: retain history.

Deploy v3 for Grape project

Once the environment is prepared, install & configure the latest v3 software stack for a grape crop.
